Once you place your order, we’ll need 1–3 business days to verify, inspect, and prepare your items for dispatch. During peak times, processing may take a bit longer. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you via email or phone.
Shipping time is the duration it takes for your items to travel from our fulfillment center to your specified address.
Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days

Free Shipping: Orders over $60.00 qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee: Orders between $0.00 and $59.99 will be charged $10.00.

Expedited shipping is available when:
You select the expedited option and pay the associated fee.
Your order is in stock and the shipping address is eligible.
Up to 1kg: $10
Each additional kg: +$5
Urban Areas: Delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Suburban or Remote Areas: Delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless we fail to provide the expedited service. If you cancel after selecting expedited delivery, the fee won’t be refunded.
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country’s regulations. Any customs fees are the customer's responsibility. If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, we may charge you for the cost of reprocessing and reshipping the order.
Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
