Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No worries! If your order hasn't been shipped or produced yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Just shoot us an email at [email protected]. Once your order is on its way, cancellations aren't possible—but our return process has got you covered!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving them.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Include all original tags and accessories.

  • Follow the return instructions provided in your confirmation email.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal value.

  • If you prefer a different item, we'll send it out once we receive and inspect the original.

Shipping Fees:

  • All orders are free of shipping charges.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.

Note:

  • Only one exchange per item is allowed.

  • Refunds will be minus the $10 shipping fee, unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund officially posts.

  3. Contact your bank; there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.
