Inventory Operations Although we employ real-time inventory management, occasional overselling may occur. If this happens, we will notify you via email within 48 hours. You will have the option to await product restocking (typically 1-5 days) or receive a complete and immediate refund.

Shipping Operations Orders require 1-3 business days for processing (extending to 2-3 business days during peak promotional events). Following dispatch, domestic deliveries generally reach their destination within 7-10 business days, while international shipments require 7-15 business days. We cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Refund Processing We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must remain in pristine, unused condition with original packaging intact. Refunds for approved returns will be systematically processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the items.

Pricing & Import Duties All pricing is displayed in USD. For our international customers, any import duties, customs fees, or additional governmental charges imposed by your country of residence remain your sole responsibility.
